1. The current complimentary membership
ChartHigh is the name of this website and member portal. You can explore trading challenges, follow updates and use the available learning tools. ChartHigh places the trades; members follow what happens. For questions about the service or these terms, email support@charthigh.com or write to the contact address above.
Your membership is complimentary: Account creation and current member access carry no membership charge. Paid subscriptions are not active. Current members may enter eligible cash-reward challenges subject to the published rules, available places and entry requirements. Eligible, approved rewards are paid by manual bank transfer after verification.
These terms describe the current service from the effective date above. The initial cash-reward programme is limited to eligible members already registered when its participant cohort was fixed on 14 September 2026. Joining after that cohort was fixed does not automatically create eligibility; each challenge’s published rules identify who may enter. These terms do not remove any rights or obligations that have already arisen under an earlier agreement or published challenge terms.
2. Participant Eligibility & Residency Restrictions
To create an eligible participant account, you must:
- Be aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of account creation or reservation;
- Be a permanent, legal resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales);
- Give accurate account information and complete the required age and residency declarations.
Participation is not available to residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or countries outside Great Britain. Account declarations do not mean that independent identity verification has been completed.
3. Trading accounts and your money
ChartHigh funds and runs trading challenges on its live-money MT4 and MT5 accounts. Members do not deposit trading funds, connect a personal brokerage account or control the trades. Check each challenge's source and update status: a connected feed alone is not proof of an execution, and example screens or practice accounts are not evidence of real trading or an approved reward.
You do not fund the trades: You are not responsible for losses in ChartHigh's trading accounts. Following a challenge gives you no ownership of its account, trading funds or positions. Information on the platform is for learning and following the challenges, not personal investment advice.
4. No charges or automatic paid conversion
Prices and plan comparisons describe planned membership options. They are not a payment request, and creating an account does not start a paid subscription or recurring charge. No payment card is needed for current complimentary access.
Trust Payments is planned for a future payment integration and is not active. Before any paid membership starts, we will present the applicable price, billing, cancellation and refund terms for you to review and expressly accept. Complimentary access will not convert automatically into a paid plan. You can stop using the service or contact support about closing your account.
5. Saving and reserving a challenge
Saving or following a challenge keeps it in My Dashboard; it does not reserve a place. A reservation requires an eligible account, available capacity and an open entry window. Read the challenge's target, time limit, stopping conditions and entry rules before confirming.
The current reservation rules allow one active challenge place at a time. Capacity is shared between digital and postal reservations, with priority recorded when an online reservation is made. Your dashboard shows the saved reservation and its status. Any available withdrawal action and the challenge's published deadlines continue to apply.
6. Free Postal Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)
A postal entry route is available without buying a membership. Normal postage costs apply. Read the full postal entry terms for the required information, eligibility and confirmation steps, then use postal account setup.
Reserve an available postal place online to obtain its unique code. Send one handwritten or typed postcard or enclosed sheet for that reservation by ordinary First or Second Class post to:

Include the details listed in the postal terms and your reservation instructions. The item must be received on or before the published postal confirmation deadline. The place remains provisional until confirmed. Cash-reward eligibility follows the same published challenge rules for confirmed digital and postal entrants. A provisional reservation or an example screen is not an approved reward. Earlier accepted rights and obligations are preserved.
7. Conditional rewards and manual bank transfers
Each cash-reward challenge must publish its reward, eligibility, entry deadlines, trading target and stopping conditions, outcome-verification process, claim instructions and payment timing before entry. A target hit alone does not confirm an award. A potential reward becomes approved only after the published conditions and participant eligibility have been checked.
Eligible, approved rewards are paid by manual bank transfer outside the platform. An approved or awaiting-payment status means the transfer is still outstanding; paid means an actual transfer has been recorded. This is not an automated payout service. Use the challenge’s published instructions or contact support to arrange verification and payment; no subscription purchase or release fee is required. No cash offer is created merely by an example, a practice result or the publication of these general terms. Existing entries remain governed by their accepted terms and published rules, and this update does not restart claim deadlines or waive accrued entitlements.
8. Updates and availability
Challenge updates may come from a broker feed or a simulation and can be delayed or unavailable. Use the displayed source, account type and update status to understand the data. TradingView and other reference market charts are not proof of executions in a challenge account.
We may need to correct data or pause a feature while investigating a fault. This does not permit us to remove accrued rights or retrospectively change the rules of an existing cash-reward challenge. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
9. Help and complaints
For account help, postal entry questions or a complaint, use Support when signed in or email support@charthigh.com. Include the relevant challenge or support reference so we can investigate. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information and how to make a data rights request.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections where you live and any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
