1. Free Entry Account
No postal application is required to open an account. Simply create a Free Entry Account online with your legal name and full residential address. No subscription or payment details are ever requested.
2. First-Come, First-Served
Capacity is strictly limited (e.g. 30 places total). Online reservation timestamp determines priority, reserving your slot atomically while your physical confirmation postcard is in transit.
3. One Physical Entry
Maximum one challenge confirmation per postcard or outer envelope received. Hand delivery and bulk/multi-code entries are strictly invalid.

Create a Free Entry Account & Reserve Online
Browse upcoming challenges on the platform. Click the Free Entry Account (NPN) link on the challenge card to reserve a place. Enter your full legal name, residential address (no PO Boxes), town/city, UK postcode, and confirm 18+ & GB residency. You will immediately receive a unique reservation code (TS-XXXX-XXXX).
Post Your Physical Confirmation Card
Write or type the required details onto a standard postcard or enclosed sheet of paper in an envelope. Send via ordinary First or Second Class post to our London postal desk.
Postal Desk Verification & Confirmation
Upon physical receipt at our desk before the published confirmation deadline, our administrators verify that details match your Free Entry Account and reservation. Once verified, your status updates to Confirmed and you join the active participant list.
Challenge Execution & Equal Reward Rights
You can watch live trader execution and strategy debriefs via your entrant telemetry portal. If the challenge trader hits their profit target, all confirmed participants receive their penny-exact share of the promotional reward. No payment or bank fee is required to receive a confirmed reward.

What Makes a Postal Entry Invalid?
- PO Box addresses (full residential UK address required).
- Multiple challenge codes or multiple people on one postcard/envelope.
- Hand-delivered or courier drop-offs (must be sent via Royal Mail).
- Unregistered entries without an online provisional reservation code.
- Received after deadline (items arriving past the published deadline will expire).
- Illegible or incomplete details that do not match the Free Entry Account.
- Missing signed acceptance or missing date.
- Entrants under 18 or residing outside Great Britain.
TradeSync365 is not responsible for postal items that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, incorrectly addressed, or received after the deadline. Tracked or Special Delivery is NOT required. If an entry is rejected or expires, you will receive a notification in your account dashboard and by email explaining the specific reason.
